Toast Loyalty: Guest Responsibilities & Card Management
Earning Points: Provide your phone number or email at checkout to earn points. For automatic tracking, link a credit/debit card to your loyalty account. Ensure your purchases are associated with your account to accumulate points.
Linking/Unlinking Cards: To manage linked cards, visit your e-rewards card page. There, you can verify, update, or remove linked credit/debit cards.
Account Responsibility: You're responsible for ensuring your purchases are credited to your loyalty account. If you don't provide your phone number or use an unlinked card, points may not be added automatically.
If you are splitting payment, please note that points will be accrued only on the first payment processed.
